Second Shift Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a dependable and personable individual to join our team as a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Making sure to provide customer service that is in alignment with the company's values and mission.
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Building sustainable relationships with the customers through open and interactive communication.
• Meeting personal and customer service team targets.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Following guidelines for all customer service situations.
• Reporting issues of concern to supervisor or relevant department.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
