Join a leading telecommunications service provider as a Program Manager, working remotely to oversee all aspects of inside plant (ISP) service for a major client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large telecommunications contracts, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Manage a team of technicians to perform preventative maintenance and service across a designated territory.
• Oversee open service tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and clear status updates to customers.
• Communicate directly with customers to address inquiries, issues, and service requests, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule repairs to restore service, including ordering necessary parts.
• Analyze schematics, wiring diagrams, and flowcharts to troubleshoot and guide service needs.
• Leverage expertise in AC/DC electrical systems and batteries to assess inspection reports and recommend immediate or future maintenance actions.
• Maintain accurate records of preventative and emergency maintenance for customer review.
