Attorney/Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to strengthen our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will handle a range of litigation matters and will be given immediate responsibility in all litigation matters. Your duties will also include conducting thorough legal research, drafting motions, and managing e-discovery platforms.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation processes
• Oversee litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients
• Draft and review legal documents including motions and commercial litigation documents
• Effectively use e-discovery management platforms such as Relativity or Nextpoint
• Apply your legal writing skills to prepare reports and legal advice
• Take on immediate responsibilities in all litigation matters
• Participate in the preparation and drafting of various legal arguments, drafts, and other legal papers
• Pursue detail oriented growth and development through seminars, workshops, and affiliations to stay updated with the latest developments in law and in the business. • Applicant must possess strong skills in Drafting, as this is vital in preparing legal documents.
• Capability to file Motions effectively and efficiently is required.
• Experience in Draft Motions is necessary, as it forms a significant part of the litigation process.
• Knowledge and experience in Commercial Litigation is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in Litigation is a must, as this is the primary area of practice.
• Proficiency in Legal Research is required to support the development of cases and legal advice.
• Excellent Legal Writing skills are necessary to ensure clear and effective communication of legal advice and information.
