Product Marketing Manager, Outbound, Luxury Stores
We're seeking a savvy marketer to drive customer communications for Luxury Stores at Amazon. This role will be responsible for developing, building, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns across Outbound channels (e.g., email, push notifications, and SMS) to acquire, engage, and retain our luxury clientele.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and has a proven track record of delivering results. You should be passionate about content and lifecycle marketing in the B2C or e-commerce space, building automated journeys, and have deep expertise with marketing tools and datasets.You are innovative, creative, and excited about shaping our customer communication strategy in the luxury fashion and beauty industry.
Key job responsibilities- Develop, QA, and execute email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns
- Run A/B or multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance, including subject lines, copy, content, and template formats
- Build and refine targeting required for Outbound programs, including maintenance and optimization of audience segments
- Track and report on campaign success and share learnings and recommendations with partner teams and key stakeholders
- Stay current with outbound marketing trends in the luxury retail industry to continue iterating on a best-in-class lifecycle program

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or content marketing roles, ideally in the luxury or fashion industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
