Provides rationale for prioritization and/or deferment of issues.
- Therapeutic Interventions:
- Documentation & Communication:
Maintains accurate documentation of interventions, therapies, and education provided. Instructs patients and/or family members based on their identified needs and the interdisciplinary care plan. Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, the treatment team, and other healthcare providers regarding patient needs, including discharge planning and actions.

Maintains accurate documentation of interventions, therapies, and education. Ensures all interventions are documented within the required timeframes.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
Required Licensure and Certifications:
- Current Kentucky independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification required.
