Accounting Manager - Sunny Isles - ref. n07297219

The role will be reporting to the Owners and current CFO with daily accounting functions, setting up policies and procedures and will have a seat at the table as it relates to day-to-day accounting and future process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA/CPA Eligible preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role with QuickBooks experience and full financial statement responsibility for month end close and all accounting activities.
• Proficiency in:
• Balance Sheet reconciliations, financial statement creation
• Cash Forecasting and management
• Month-end close processes including revenue and expense accruals
• Financial statement preparation, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and analytical reporting
• Familiarity with commercial leasing software; experience with Zoho- a strong plus

• Strong general accounting skills
