Location: 20450 Civic Center Dr., Southfield, MI 48076Shift Details: This positon is Hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote)
What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a candidate with a strong focus on administrative tasks, including data entry, responding to tickets, managing emails, handling mail, and performing other general office duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Job Summary: The People Solutions Coordinator aids with and facilitates People Solutions processes. The PS Coordinator will be responsible for responding to FreshService inquiries and calls from the people solutions helpline. This role supports the People Solutions Generalist team and provides administrative support as needed, to include record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS data entry.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
- Responds to inquiries submitted via the FreshService ticket system or The Hotline, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate level.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute people solutions programs including, but not limited to, onboarding, offboarding, and position changes.
- Process forms via Dayforce for changes to team member records.
- Process and/or escalate employment verifications and unemployment documents.
- Files documents into appropriate team member files.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
Additional Functions:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a faced-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or higher in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-year related People Solutions / HR experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
