Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote service contracts
• Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contract terms with clients
• Achieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client information

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Emergency power generation and HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required and will be taught.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Documented clean driving record

Education/Experience:

• Sales, Marketing or relevant experience
• Experience working with CRM software to manage sales activities
• College (not required but a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and enter small spaces
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
• Must be able to travel
