Administrative Coordinator** Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to be a vital part of their dynamic, innovative team. This fast-paced, high-energy role promises opportunities for career, mainly in fundraising and event organization.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating aspects of grant submissions, creating and distributing promotional materials for events, corporate partnerships, and grant projects, and managing our donor database. This role also necessitates processing all gifts, sponsorships, and contributions, ensuring the timely receipt of sponsorships, and supporting the overall functioning of our department with various administrative tasks.

In this role you will organize different aspects of our internal and external events and must maintain flexibility and adaptability as priorities change. We're looking for a detailed oriented individual with a sense of humor and an innovative and creative mindset for problem-solving.
