With multiple offices in the region, they primarily focus on projects between Northern VA and Richmond. Their specialty lies in multifamily construction, with most projects valued between $30M and $100M, although they have completed projects exceeding $200M.Consistently growing in both headcount and revenue each year, they are now seeking to expand their team by hiring an Assistant Project Manager.
Job Description
The Jr. Project Manager - High Value Construction Projects - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Managing subcontractor, supplier, and vendor coordination
- Ensuring accurate project documentation
- Tracking project progress
- Participating in project meetings
- Handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Reporting to the Project Manager

The Successful Applicant
The Jr. Project Manager - High Value Construction Projects - NoVA will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in construction
- Experience in base building
- Multifamily experience preferred
- Degree in a construction-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
