The Banquet Server will work with the Banquet Captain/Banquet Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.

What You Will Tackle:

• Embrace and exemplify the SCP Culture & Core Values in your day-to-day job duties.
• Sign in and report to the Banquet Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager on time and in full uniform.
• Greet all guests, and lead them to the table if necessary.
• Quickly respond to requests.
• Check table decoration, refill glasses, and keep the premises clean.
• Follow standard procedures for banquet service, including set up and side duties.
• Assists in table and banquet room clean-up.
• Work cooperatively with the banquet department to assure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager, or the Assistant Banquet Manager.
• Inspect, plan and ensure that all materials and equipment are in complete readiness for service.
• Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
• Report all accidents and breakages to the F&B Manager or Executive Chef in charge.
• Adhere to relevant Food Safety Hygiene standards.
• Remain up to date on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work in a safe manner and abide by OSHA regulations and the Hotel’s policies in regard to accident and incident reporting procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Essentials:

• United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Valid State-Issued Driver's License.
• 1 years serving experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
