As the Director of Operations for our client, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and achieving outstanding success. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing all operational functions, spearheading strategic initiatives, and bolstering growth and profitability.

Location: Louisville, KY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational functions
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Oversee client relationships and provide exceptional service
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Develop and implement plans for business growth in all sectors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Must have 5+ years of technical, maintenance and management experience
  • Knowledge of the production, including equipment and safety.
  • Proven experience in a senior operations role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Benefits
