The Opportunity ...:
As our Field Service Technician (Rover)– you will report to the FL Service Supervisor.
On a given day, you may:
- Under direction of service management, manages and trains all processing service personnel assigned to customer site.
- Responsible for all performance and calibration of JBT's machinery & maintenance and calibration of JBT's automation systems.
- Manage equipment overhaul so that performance will be to JBT and customer standards and completed within a schedule.
- Responsible for maintaining, ordering and expediting all parts and maintaining adequate inventory for JBT's machinery.
- Responsible for maintaining, ordering and expediting all parts, tools and inventory at locations for service contracts for customer equipment.
- Training in mechanical, electrical, computer and computer programming
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Work well with all departments at JBT
- Have good customer skills
- Become part of customer's team
- You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
- This position is hybrid - we ask that you travel approximately 75% & able to travel domestically and internationally as directed by management
