Job Description
  1. Site Oversight: Assisting the superintendent in managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
  2. Coordination: Coordinating the work of subcontractors, ensuring they follow project plans and comply with regulations and standards.
  3. Communication: Serving as a liaison between the construction team, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and resolve any issues that arise.
  4. Quality Control: Monitoring construction activities to ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to the specific requirements of the project.
  5. Safety Management: Enforcing safety policies and procedures on-site, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
  6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any incidents or changes to project scope.
  7. Problem Solving: Assisting in identifying potential issues and developing solutions to keep the project on track.
