As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. You will lead a team of staff, ensuring that our store meets its financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve store profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Manage store budgets, including controlling costs and maximizing profits.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
At least 2-year proven experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery or FMCG sector.An acceptable qualification in retail, merchandising, marketing or business or an additional 1-year relevant experience in lieu of a qualification.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
A salary between $80,000 - $95,000 per annum commensurate with experience plus superannuationA supportive and dynamic work environment.
