Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager at our Knightdale, North Carolina location. The main focus of this role will be to oversee all accounting functions within our retail industry. This role will also involve the use of various software systems like Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily billing functions
• Supervise and ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Regularly conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Efficiently manage the use of Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
• Implement and maintain BlackLine and Concur systems for optimized financial operations
• Take responsibility for the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system within the organization
• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts
• Handle customer inquiries and process their applications effectively
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Continuously work towards improving accounting functions within the organization
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Experience in using BlackLine is desirable.
• Proficiency in Concur is necessary.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Must be able to handle all Accounting Functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite.
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Auditing skills are required.
• Must be capable of handling all Billing Functions.
