Inventory Clerk - Robert Half

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse inventory
• Execute clerical duties such as maintaining records, processing paperwork, and managing correspondence
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking inventory and generating reports
• Regularly review warehouse inventory for accuracy and update records as necessary
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure all duties are executed efficiently
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to prevent discrepancies
• Resolve inventory-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in warehouse meetings and contribute to process improvements
• Proficiency in clerical duties such as filing, typing, and copying
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with warehouse inventory management and control
• Familiarity with warehouse duties including packaging, labeling, and dispatching
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
