Job Description
Project Manager - High End Residential Construction will have the following responsibilities- Lead and manage high-end residential renovation projects ($200K-$2M), including $2M+ projects lasting up to a year.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, procurement teams, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that warranty items are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct project estimations, manage project bids, and oversee the procurement of materials.
- Utilize project management software (Co-Construct, Microsoft) for tracking progress and communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer service.
- Conduct regular site visits, ensuring projects are on track, safe, and up to quality standards.
- Work closely with the site supervisor and team to manage project milestones, address issues, and keep projects on budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with the entire team to uphold the company's commitment to excellence and trustworthiness.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Project Manager - High End Residential Construction- Experience in residential construction management, ideally with a design-build firm.
- Estimating experience, preferably with a background in trades.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills combined with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management software (Co-Construct, Microsoft).
- A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be able to commute to projects located along the coast (Scarborough to Freeport).
- A degree in Construction or related field - preferred not required

- Base salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
