About Our Client

Non-Profit in NYC (3 days in office) is looking for a HR Projects and Systems Specialist to join their team. $100k-$120k + incredible benefits. Must have Workday experience.

Job Description
  • Data Compliance & Integrity: Analyze data integrity, and take corrective actions in collaboration with the Associate Director, Workforce Planning.
  • Workday Management: Responsible for managing all data changes for employees within Workday.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions and requests related to processes and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Employee experience: Utilize Workday Help (HR ticketing system) to record and document all employee related requests coming into ESC.
  • Managing onboarding/offboarding process for new joiners/leavers
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring system support and that SLAs are consistently met. Manage vendor contracts and agreements to ensure relevance and regular updates.
  • SOP Management: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes are up to date, working closely with the Portfolio Manager.

The Successful Applicant
  • At least 7 years of experience in people operations or HR roles with a focus on HR Operations and enhancing employee experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with Workday, with ability to troubleshoot for minor issues.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the US and Latin America
  • - Proficient in multiple ESC systems, particularly Workday core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent modules.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a solid understanding of metrics and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experienced in vendor management, including managing contracts and SLAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Strong attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
