Azure Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes in performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization while contributing to strategic cloud initiatives and operational excellence.

• Advanced proficiency in automation and scripting using tools and languages such as PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, Bash, JSON, YAML, Python, and KQL.
• Strong system administration skills in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of:
• Networking concepts, including DNS, IP addressing, the OSI model, and web-based communication for API-driven applications.
• Cloud-native and hybrid networking, including load balancers, firewalls, and secure VPN setups.
• Experience in designing and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices for repeatable and scalable infrastructure deployments.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, including infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
• Proficiency in Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and managing enterprise applications.
• Expertise in optimizing cloud environments for cost-efficiency, high availability, performance, and security.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, such as Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud solutions, including Azure Arc and configuring ExpressRoute or similar hybrid connectivity tools.

• Required: AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, or higher certifications in Azure technologies.
• Preferred: Okta Certified Professional, CCNA (or equivalent networking certification), and Terraform Associate (003).
