Process scanned Bill of Landings from drivers and close orders in the ERP system
- Monitor Electronic logging and assist with troubleshooting errors
- Maintain accurate customer information in our clients databases and software programs
- Process return product from customer back into the plant
- Process incoming orders for customers delivers
- Monitor electronic logging system on drivers and make corrections when needed
- Basic housekeeping duties to include stocking supplies for drivers
- Coordinate breakdown of trucks and trailers with employees and vendors
- Process driver paperwork after they complete runs
- Work with plant employees to make sure trucks are loaded correctly
- Coordinate product pick-up for full truck load and LTL shipments
- Assist with resolution of customer delivery issues and customer complaints in a timely manner
