Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• On site in Boston, MA - major Hospital projects $50M+
• Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and other workers on the job site
• Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements
• Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete
• Working with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
• Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports
• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Identifying and addressing issues and problems that arise during construction
• Ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Conducting site inspections and safety audits to ensure that the job site is safe and secure
• Reporting into the General Superintendent

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate has:

• 8+ years working for a General Contractor
• Must have largescale $20M + ground up projects
• Ideally Hospital/Healthcare project background
• Proficient in: Procore, MS Projects, MS Office
• Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
• Strong technical, computer abilities
• Excellent verbal/written Communication & Leadership skills
