Overview:
The Customer Transformation team is seeking a Strategy Execution Consultant to assist the Strategy Execution Leader in advancing the initiatives of the North America Operations (NAOPs) Customer Transformation team. This position will involve leading the development of strategies, managing, and tracking objectives and key results (OKRs), while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization to enhance employee engagement and prepare for the team's future. In this role, you'll drive coordination across various groups at all levels of the organization, utilizing strong communication skills. The Customer Transformation Strategy Execution Consultant will engage in strategic decision-making and collaborate on business execution within the Customer Transformation organization, as well as with other internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic planning and communication abilities, along with a proven capability to coordinate and lead complex initiatives. You will be responsible for the following key areas:
What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:
- Lead the development, management and tracking of the North America Operations Customer Transformation team strategy & OKR.
- Engage with all key Stakeholders within and outside of the Customer Transformation team to align on business objectives, execution plan, and ongoing engagement.
- Create communications roadmap and cadence within the Customer Transformation team and with other groups; drive internal communications from Exec and Leadership team (e.g. Employee Broadcast, Leadership Communications) to make sure staff and stakeholders are informed and aligned against business ambitions and strategy.
- Prepare agendas for staff meetings and review OKR progress in meetings.
- Oversee all aspects of face-to-face meeting and event planning and incorporate team-building activities into meeting plans.
- Partner with council teams (One Voice, DEI, etc.) and assist in direction, action plan, and communications as needed.
- Support preparation of Quarterly Busines Review materials.
- Ad hoc project and event support throughout the year such as North America Pulse, leadership meetings, conferences, etc.
- Drive individual / special projects as required.
Qualifications:
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in consulting.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for continuous learning, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), with a keen interest in understanding its applications and potential to transform workflows and enhance team performance.
- Ability to actively seek out and engage with new AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, showcasing a proactive approach to integrating AI solutions into their role and the team's operations.
- Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills; you plan and organize your work in support of achieving individual, team and organization goals and consider potential changes and propose contingency plans with effective management of time and resources.
- Applies qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis. Integrates insights from secondary sources.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
