Job Description- Work with the Preconstruction team to bid on projects
- Make sure of customer satisfaction exceeding client needs
- Work closely with the project superintendent to keep project site safe
- Communicate and coordinate with all subcontractors to see the project to completion
- Adjust project budgets according to market conditions

The Successful Applicant- 8-15+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
- Experience working on $5-10M+ projects
- Strong critical thinking skills

- Base salary starting at $80K+
