- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate or a similar field

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality, with a trustworthy approach
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
