Legal Receptionist

Responsibilities- Answering calls coming in (4 incoming lines
- phones can get busy)
- Take detailed messages and transfer calls
- Support attorney effectiveness by managing information, interacting with clients, and handling inquiries
- Welcome guests and clients, both in person and over the phone, directing queries appropriately
- Could be typing up letters as needed for attorneys
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold confidentiality of client and attorney information
- Develop and maintain filing, retrieval, and archive systems
