As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties, including handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Sign in visitors accurately, ensuring all required information is collected
