Job Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Interiors- Baltimore, MD will be responsible for:

  • Supervising healthcare interior projects, including outpatient centers (surgical centers, physical therapy/rehab facilities, physician offices, dental offices, senior living facilities, etc.)
  • Ensuring timely project completion within budget
  • Providing preconstruction input; experience with proposals is preferred but not required
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and brokers to drive project success

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Healthcare Interiors- Baltimore, MD will have:

  • 5-7+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on healthcare interiors
  • Experience in preconstruction is a plus, but not mandatory-willingness to learn is essential
  • Proficient in reading and discussing blueprints and scopes of work
