The candidate will also have the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and modify components in the developmental and production stage. The pay for this role is $19.00-$20.00 p/hr. Solder Technician job responsibilities include: Operating soldering robots to automate productionInstalling components onto printed circuit boards using hand tools such as screwdrivers and soldering ironsMeeting customer requirements using IPC A-610 standardsReading schematics and other technical manuals to fully understand how to perform various tasksMaintaining a safe working environment by wearing appropriate safety equipment as neededFollowing safety procedures and regulations regarding chemical use and disposalCommunicating with other technicians and supervisors regarding project status and issues
