Safety Coordinator
At Productivity, Inc., we're committed to creating a safe, secure, healthy environment for our employees, customers, and the community. We're seeking a diligent, knowledgeable, committed Safety Coordinator to join our team. This role involves occasional travel to our sites in other states.

- Assist the Safety Manager in implementing our safety programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Facilitate employee safety training, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety policies.
- Monitor and maintain all safety equipment and supplies, such as AEDs, Arc Flash kits, clothing, fall protection, lockout kits, etc.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and determine how they might be prevented in the future.
- Compile and analyze safety data to report to management and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain and monitor the DOT program and requirements.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar safety role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of 29CFR 1910 OSHA General Industry regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience and knowledge of regulations and interpretations associated with DOT, NFPA 70E, and ANSI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct training programs and present complex information in an accessible manner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to preparedness and proactive strategies.
- Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
