What can you expect?
As Digital Product Manager, Member for Mercer Super, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our digital product strategy to enhance member experience and drive member engagement to achieve our business objectives.Reporting to the Head of Online & Customer Decisioning, you will drive the development and continuous enhancement of our online platforms, secure member portal and native app, serving the needs of our members.
This role requires a strong focus on understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure our member platforms are engaging and meet and exceed user expectations. Your ability to build relationships and collaborate with digital production, marketing content, technology and risk and compliance teams is crucial for seamlessly integrating and delivering product features and enhancements.

We will count on you to:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualisation to launch, optimisation, and retirement of digital products and features.Support the Head of Online & Customer Decisioning in defining and driving the product vision and strategy for our online platforms, ensuring they deliver value to our members and support business growth.
Conduct market research, analyse competitor offerings, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Champion the customer experience (CX) across all digital products, ensuring seamless customer journeys and high usability standards.
Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the process
Monitor product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with the digital production team to execute A/B testing and usability testing and use data-driven insights to continuously improve product features and functionality.
Build strong relationships with key organisational stakeholders, including senior management, to align priorities, gain support, and drive consensus on digital product initiatives to ensure product decisions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Ensure all digital products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams as necessary.
What you need to have:
8+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role, particularly management of apps and secure portals.Consumer digital experience in a superannuation or financial services industry preferred
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
Experience in usability and customer-focused design
Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong organisational and project management skills
Skilled at building strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Knowledge of the Adobe suite of products Adobe Cloud, Target & Analytics a plus
