About Our Client

Their projects consist of apartment buildings, entertainment facilities, data centers, and more ranging from $5M to $100M+. They are currently looking to grow their team by bringing on an experienced Superintendent.

Job Description

The Superintendent - Multifamily Renovation Project - Baltimore will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of projects.
• Coordinating and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
• Managing both self-performed and subcontracted work, providing oversight of subcontractor performance.
• Providing estimates and managing the construction means and methods related to commercial and institutional buildings.
• Ensuring projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including maintaining current safety certifications.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management, ensuring timely execution and resolving any issues that arise.
• Utilizing project management software and other tools to track project status, costs, and timelines.

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Multifamily Renovation Project - Baltimore will have:

• at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial General Contractor
• proven experience managing projects ranging from $5M to $20M
• experience managing multifamily renovation projects
• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• strong organizational skills & attention to detail
