Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers/PCA to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide individualized care and assistance to clients in their homes, promoting their overall well-being and enhancing their quality of life.

Your duties will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. As a caregiver, you will foster a sense of independence and dignity in our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This position is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and want to make a positive impact in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and support through engaging conversations and meaningful activities.
  • Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for the client.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
  • Encourage clients' independence and mobility according to their abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish connections with clients and families.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to provide high-quality care.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
