Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly and answer incoming calls promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
