As a Construction Estimator, you will be a vital member of the pre-construction team, contributing to the planning and budgeting process of our projects. Your main responsibility will be to prepare both preliminary budget forecasts and detailed cost estimates, primarily based on conceptual or preliminary design drawings, which may lack detailed specifications.You will focus on estimating commercial remodeling and high-end residential renovation and alteration projects, not just new builds. Drawing on your project management experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges in remodeling/renovation work, you will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the estimation process, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and precise solutions.
