Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a customer service representative for a one day project.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer databases
• Manage email correspondence with customers
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create reports and documents
• Operate barcode scanners when necessary.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proficient in handling email correspondence and managing customer inquiries via email
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with order entry procedures and systems
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and in a timely manner
• Experience with barcode scanners is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and courteous
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
