Business Requirements Analyst

LAC Federal is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to join their team. As a Business Requirements Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in guiding development and design of a complex website for an information and learning center. This involves working with stakeholders, gathering data, identifying problems and opportunities, and developing requirements to improve processes, systems, and technologies.
Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business and technical information and requirements, including data models, process models, and workflow diagrams.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, assess, and document business needs and requirements, ensuring that requirements are comprehensive, feasible, clear, and consistent.
- Design and document solutions to meet the requirements, including process and system improvements, enhancements, and new features.
- Identify and manage scope and requirements changes during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and quality assurance analysts to ensure that requirements are being properly implemented and tested.
- Participate in quality assurance testing efforts, including functional testing and user acceptance testing.
- Support project and portfolio management efforts by providing business analysis, estimating, and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Experience developing business requirements, use cases, and process models.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
