• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Quality Control: Monitor work to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, adapting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, schedules, and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Client Interaction: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns throughout the project life cycle.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-6 years working in a superintendent or similar role
• Organised and motivated
• Project experience working on multifamily or large commercial projects
• Ability to prioritise various tasks
• Ability to adhere to time lines and budgets
• Be able to take the lead on project and adapt when necessary
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam
