Business Analyst IV

This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

• Develop and write user stories or requirements for financial business leaders within the insurance sector.
• Work collaboratively with global teams in a virtual environment.
• Utilize SharePoint for managing project documentation.
• Validate vendor development through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV).
• Conduct detailed process mapping for current state cash flow and settlement accounting processes.
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis and cash flow analysis to support decision making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through regular conference calls and video conferencing meetings.
• Work on enhancement of business process functions using Scrum methodology.
• Ensure accurate time sheet management.
• Be available to work outside regular hours to meet project demands when necessary. • Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in the 'About Time' software
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis
• Experience in calendar management
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
• Familiarity with financial notes
• Proven expertise in managing stakeholders
• Experience in conducting and managing conference calls and video meetings
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis
• Experience in managing time sheets
• Knowledge of settlements and business process functions
• Ability to contribute to enhancement projects
• Familiarity with Scrum methodology
• Experience in creating and managing validation plans
• Comfortable working with offshore teams and accommodating overtime if needed
• Proficiency in real-time systems and SharePoint administration
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of insurance company operations
• Experience in writing user stories for a financial system
• Comfortable conducting phone screens.
