In this position, you will operate and maintain advanced machinery, ensuring the efficient and precise fabrication of plastic components.

Responsibilities- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up machines for production runs, including adjusting controls and ensuring proper settings.
- Monitoring Production: Continuously monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and producing quality products.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications; perform regular quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting minor issues to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs, including quantities produced, machine performance, and any issues encountered during operation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Training: Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
- Material Handling: Manage the handling and storage of raw materials and finished products, ensuring they are properly organized and accessible.
