- Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to meet industry standards.
- Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure a smooth project closeout process, including client acceptance and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant- 4+ years of construction experience
- Ability to manage ground-up commercial projects
- Experience with oversight on project financials
- Experience with self-performed work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for construction
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Extremely competitive base salary (105k-125k) based on experience
