Must have very strong Financial Modeling skills with experience in M& A due diligence. Looking for 5+ years of experience here, preferably with a base of a few years in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Development / M& A activities.
Must be very strong in developing board level presentation materials and demonstrated experience leading due diligence activities. Very high exposure here to the Sr. Leadership team.
