Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Melbourne, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:-Repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations-Mechanical and/or electronic assemblies and subassemblies of:-Modules-Boards-Panels-Drawers-Frames-Cables-Follow diagrams, drawings, blueprint lines, and index points-Design initial layouts-Use hand and power tools, measuring instruments, jigs, saws, and fixtures-Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with quality specifications-Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions-Follow approved assembly procedures for component or aircraft structures, including:-FAA-approved internal procedures-Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) -Technical data-Work package instructions-Perform serviceability tests as required-Use test equipment specified in technical manuals-Complete work package documentation as required by FAA and/or repair station manual-Submit completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and certification of airworthiness-Inspect completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off-Ensure that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerancesHere's what you'll get:
