Essential Duties
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all phases of the project from design to contract documentation, shop drawing checks, site visits, and project closeout(link removed)>
- Possess practical management skills to plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects.
- Supervision received is primarily administrative, with assignments provided in general terms and objectives.
- Make civil engineering design decisions independently, elevating more complex decisions to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

- Ability to coordinate, write, and/or edit specifications related to civil engineering.

- Licensure in engineering is required.
