Customer Service Representative

This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide assistance throughout the home building process.
• Process and manage billing activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Resolve any discrepancies in billing and handle account queries.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote trust and loyalty.
• Provide product and billing information to customers as needed.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Coordinate with the construction department staff and contractors to ensure quality control of finished product.
• Conduct homeowner walk-throughs and provide information on the operation of appliances, heating/cooling systems, and home maintenance.
• Assist in the resolution of any concerns or issues that may arise during the home building process.
• Ensure the delivery of knowledgeable, timely, and detail oriented service to homeowners.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role Experience in the construction/contractor industry is a plus but not required
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts effectively
• Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Experience providing post-sales support to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints efficiently
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve existing customer service processes
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution is a plus.
