The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable, with experience in high-volume transaction environments.This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the financial health of the company.

salary: $45,000 - $58,000 per year
Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and coding to the correct accounts.
- Review and reconcile discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
- Maintain vendor relationships by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to payments, discrepancies, and invoicing.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, including ACH and wire transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing by ensuring all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable activities, including filing and electronic documentation.
- Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
- Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Expense Reports (2 years of experience is required)
- Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)
- Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
