**Pay:** $26.00-$32.00/HR with shift differential
**Position Type:** Direct Hire**Location:** Burlington, WA
**Shift:** Rotating shift 6 pm-6 am
**Job Duties & Responsibilities include:**- Maintain personal compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety within the facility.
- Demonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations including but not limited to Lock Out/Tag Out practices.
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance to production and facility equipment as required.
- Complete small electrical or mechanical projects as directed by the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Diagnose basic electrical systems, mechanical components, pneumatic components, and controls to identify hazards, defects, and need for adjustments, repairs, or programming.
- Support the maintenance of the electrical spare parts inventory levels.
- Maintain and perform repairs on equipment to restore them to proper, safe, and optimal working conditions.
- Adhere to work orders and utilize the CMMS system for data entry.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overnight, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.
- Must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
- Able to read wiring diagrams, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and ladder/function block logic.
- Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff Twin Cat, etc.) and electric circuitry consisting of contactors, relays, main voltage/control voltage, limit switches, and proximity sensors
- Excellent inter-personal and communication kills
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a related role.
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment with multiple priorities
- A certificate from technical trade school, Military experience in lieu of or related subject
