We're seeking a dedicated Client Service Liaison to join our client's dynamic team at their Plymouth, MN based office! In this role, you will manage a wide range of service activities, including small projects, warranty administration, and planned/on-demand maintenance.
You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and labor partners, while collaborating with internal teams across logistics, procurement, project management, and finance. If you have strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

responsibilities:
- Manage Service Work Orders: Oversee the entire lifecycle of customer service work orders, from setup to tracking, material ordering, and invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate Small Projects: Handle small-scale projects using project management tools and best practices, managing every stage from initiation to delivery to meet customer service needs.
- Maintain strong Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing service requirements promptly and fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Emergency and On-Demand Support: Manage emergency service work and on-demand maintenance, including off-hours and overnight projects, as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
- Collaborate with Labor Partners: Work closely with Labor Partners (technicians and electricians), scheduling service and warranty work while ensuring all parties adhere to scope, budget, and timelines.
