Project Manager

We are offering a fully remote, long term, contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager. The selected individual will play a vital role in our client's digital team, acting as a liaison between the team and the business. The Project Manager will be an integral part of their team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and tracking of various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Interface between the Digital Team and other organizational clients to clarify project aims and expectations.
• Determine realistic timeframes and success measures for each project based on a thorough review of requirements.
• Collaborate with Digital Team members to plan various aspects of production and implementation.
• Collect necessary resources and draft detailed work instructions to hand projects off to the execution teams.
• Utilize project management software and processes to manage and track projects effectively.
• Communicate progress of projects regularly with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure plans and timelines are constantly updated and communicated.
• Provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and maintain records of team performance and throughput.
• Ensure quality in accomplishing tasks through diligent attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role or a similar capacity
• Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet
• Familiarity with website CMS
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage project resources and risks
• Ability to understand technical specifications and blueprints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
