Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Full-time schedules of 8:00am-4:00pm
Childcare experience required
Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required

Job DutiesABA Behavior Technicians report directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
In collaboration with a program supervisor, instruct clients on developing communication skills, fostering play, establishing friendships, and enhancing independence, while addressing challenging behaviors.
Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
Attend to toileting and/or change soiled diapers/clothing as needed.
Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with the caregiver(s) of referred clients.
Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the therapy space at the conclusion of each session.
Participate in Clinical Review meetings for individuals on the assigned caseload.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to push items of 50 lbs. Such as pushing children on a bike, pulling a wagon or moving/rearranging furniture.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.
Other Duties: Performance of other reasonably related duties are assigned by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
